we started our bag manufacturing facility in 1982, we tailored our entire

Refund
Policy
Due
to the nature of our business, returns are not allowed.
Once your logo is applied to the product, it is not possible for us
to accept returns. With any
customization, there are going to be rejects.
Industry standards allow for up to 4% of the total quantity ordered
to be below standard. We try
very hard to limit our rejects but please order accordingly.
Any rejects above 4% will be replaced by us at no additional
charge. Rejects must be
shipped back to us for evaluation via DHL Ground Service and must have a
Reject Authorization Number (RAN) issued by our Customer Service
Department. BagsAmerica
reserves the right to determine whether or not a product is deemed below
standard. All claims of
rejects must be made to us within 30 days of receipt of goods.
